Our Cancellation Policy
Seating:
Please understand that attending our painting workshops is comparable to a concert - each seat is accounted for and limited. For that reason, we do not allow observers. We ask all in attendance either be painting or glazing pottery. If you have a child or friend painting, we encourage you to glaze pottery. We are happy to seat you together!
Cancelling Reservations:
Art Defined strongly encourages finding a replacement painter once a reservation has been made. Please settle the cost with that person and notify us that they are taking your place.

- Workshops are non-refundable.
- Only cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before a Painting Event: Art Defined will issue a credit or transfer your reservation to another workshop.
- Art Defined does not honor credit or transfers for No-Shows and last minute cancellations.
- Wheel Throwing classes fall under the same policy.
Late Arrivals:
We ask late arrivals to get themselves caught up with painting steps and end on time with the group. Brief instruction may be given, if time allowed.
