Why host an Art Defined painting party fundraiser?
Art Defined painting fundraisers are big fun and can raise big support for your charity, here's how:
- AD painting fundraisers start at $35 per person with the extra $5 going directly to your charity. Hosts have the option of raising the dollar amount.
- AD will donate a portion of our proceeds based on the number of painters, so the bigger the crowd, the more we chip in. We encourage you to max us out at 30 painters!
Host with the Most
The more a host works at making their fundraiser successful, the bigger the results. Some of our fundraisers have raised over $1000 at one painting event! To reach the minimum number of 30 painters for a charity event:

- Hosts promote their fundraisers by creating a Facebook event and post daily reminders
- Hosts spread the word through Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and by blogging
- Hosts plug their fundraisers in (free!) community calendars
- Hosts request print advertising from Art Defined to distribute to local businesses
- Hosts hold silent auctions, 50/50 raffle, or sell food and refreshments at the painting event
With minimum numbers reached, Art Defined will help raise your head count.
We will work hard for you too by publishing your workshop on our website, Facebook page, and emailing to our painter list. We promote your fundraiser at every one of our events leading up to it .
