Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen and plans are forced to change — there will be times a reservation needs to be cancelled. Consideration is encouraged in these situations. Seating is limited and we will likely have a list of people waiting for the opportunity to paint. Also, we purchase materials per person, so we will incur the cost of supplies if there is a last minute cancellation or an empty easel. Please try to give us as much notification as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.
You may transfer to your reservation to another painter if you wish. Please settle the cost with that person and notify us that they are taking your place.
For cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the Painting Event, we will offer the following options:
For cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the event, Art Defined is not obligated to give any refunds or credits.
Cancellations must be made to art@artdefined.net Cancellations should not be made to Facebook or by personal text.
Art Defined will not issue any refund or credit for no-shows.

- We can credit the full amount of the reservation. A credit may be issued by transferring the reservation to a later date or by issuing an e-gift certificate which may be used to make a reservation for up to one year from the date it is issued.
- We can issue a full refund of $25.00 per easel.
